Mary Verspoor is an Indonesian-Dutch designer based in Bali. Working closely with her in-house team of craftsmen, she creates hand-carved wooden furniture and objects inspired by nature, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary forms.

At the core of her practice is an ongoing exploration of carving, texture, material, and form. Guided by a deep appreciation for natural materials, Mary and her team seek to preserve and enhance the organic qualities of recycled teak and tropical hardwoods. Each piece reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, material integrity, and a respect for the natural environment.

From her Bali studio, Mary develops collections and bespoke works for international residential and commercial projects, collaborating with interior designers, architects, and hospitality brands around the world.
