How to Order & Pay?

Welcome to our web-store. You can purchase items directly from our shop. 

Shop: Once you've found what you're looking for, select the size and colour if necessary, and click Add To Cart. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout. Our checkout process is straightforward, easy, and secure. If you experience trouble placing an order, you can place an order over Whatsapp or Email. Our Customer Service advisors are on hand to answer any additional questions you may have.

Catalogue: Catalogue items on this website are for sale by enquiry, or available for pre-order. Kindly send your enquiries via the contact form or directly send us an email here.

Is international shipping available?

International shipping options are available by enquiry as we can link you to a forwarding agent who provides all necessary information for shipping your goods.

All product prices on this website are excluded delivery costs. 


Do you offer free delivery in Indonesia?

We offer free delivery and packaging in Bali, Indonesia. Minimum order applies for free delivery in Indonesia, except in Bali. We offer to ship your first order for free in Indonesia!


Can I collect my order in Craft District Showroom?

We also offer the possibility to pick up your selected craftdistrictbali.com pieces in our showroom in Bali. Just send us an email with your order. 

What is the lead time?

We will provide you with an estimated delivery time upon placement of your order in Indonesia. Please note that these are subject to change. During times of high demand and or holidays, delivery times may increase, in which case we will inform you upon confirmation of your order. 

For international orders, the forwarding agent will inform you their delivery times by email.
