GENERAL
This document sets out the Terms of Use and General Conditions of www.craftdistrictbali.com, owned and operated by Craft District Bali. The use of www.craftdistrictbali.com, including the purchase of any product at this site, presupposes the acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Craft District Bali reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions of Sale freely and at any time, without the need of any prior notice. 

REFUNDS
We are happy to exchange your items within 7 days of you receiving the package for exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure items show no signs of use.

Items on sale, limited edition artwork, and other specified non-exchangeable items are not exchangeable.
The Delivery cost for any return-for-exchange is an additional charge. All sales are final, and Craft District Bali does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties - THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE. 

ORDERS
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. All orders will be sent within one-three working days after receipt of payment. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond Craft District Bali’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. We strive to keep this website as updated as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on this site are indicated in Dollars & Indonesian Rupiah and include value-added tax. Buying through this site is safe, easy, and convenient. We accept the following payment methods on this website: VISA, Credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

SHIPPING
Shipment of the order will take place once Craft District Bali has received payment for the order. Free pick-up at our office in Kerobokan, Bali is possible, but only on appointment. We will send you a shipping quote via email: craftdistrictbali@gmail.com after check out.

DELIVERY
The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Orders will be processed and shipped within one-three working days of receipt of payment. Craft District Bali cannot be held responsible if its shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the customer within the time frame indicated.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of the purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the articles, product liability is transferred to the customer.

All articles in the assortment available on this site have been produced with the greatest care. Craft District Bali cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material, or immaterial, that can be caused by malfunctioning or ill use of the articles sold on this site. The content of this site has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Craft District Bali cannot preclude the possibility of any error or incompletes in the information on this website. Craft District Bali cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.
